Shane inspected a home we are looking at purchasing and he came in with a fine tooth comb and educated us with knowledge about the home. He was very professional and was very helpful at showing me a first time home buyer on tips and advice with repairs and things about the home. My wife and I originally used Shane’s services a few months ago. During that time he was thorough and walked through the home with us, ensuring that we understood what he was inspecting. He takes his time to make sure that he doesn’t miss any issue. A few weeks later and we had to back out of that purchase and we found a new home. Without a doubt we knew we HAD to call Shane back. He was very understanding and gracious enough to offer a discounted price since we had a previous inspection only 2 months before. Again he showed up and impressed me with his consistency. He sticks to a checklist so that he knows he’s not missing anything. We are using a VA loan and I can rest assured that I know everything the VA is going to point out, Shane has already advised my wife and I on it.

Shane came recommended by my realtor. I'm so glad we got him. First, he was quick to fit us in his schedule. On inspection day he arrived even before I did! He was personable, helpful, extremely thorough, and answered all questions and explained everything he noticed. I didn't feel at all rushed, and he even explained how we could make some of the fixes ourselves. After the inspection, we promptly received the report the next business day.
