Kendra and her team did a wonderful job cleaning my home. I had a great phone call in advance about my expectations, their expectations and to plan. Communication was very good and Kendra said if anything needs to be done different next time to let her know. My bathrooms and kitchen were my highest priority and expectations were met definitely! Affordable, prompt and trustworthy! Was able to accommodate my need for unscented due to allergies and pet concerns. Will have them return!

I was told that the standard cleaning included dusting windows, blinds, and sills, as well as cleaning baseboards, among other tasks. I was not present during the cleaning due to work and was unable to inspect everything until the following day because of other priorities. When I reviewed the cleaning, I noticed that certain baseboard areas had not been properly cleaned, and there was still a ladybug visible on the blinds. These were noticeable issues that should have been addressed as part of a standard service. When I brought this up, I was told that the hair on the baseboards would need to be sanded off. The baseboards did not have this issue prior to the cleaning, and I have never heard of baseboards requiring sanding to remove hair. Regarding the ladybug, I was told it was not seen

I scheduled a call with them to go over services. Answered questions from Jennifer via text the day before regarding my home size, etc. the call was supposed to happen today at 1:00. I received a reminder email and text which I thought was nice and professional. 12:30 I received a reminder text about my upcoming 1:00 call. 1:00 came around no call. At 1:10 I texted to let Jennifer know I had not heard from anyone. I texted again at 1:45 letting her know I still had not received a phone call and again at 3:00. I advised her that a courtesy text would have been nice to let me know they were busy or the call needed to be rescheduled, etc. I never received any type of communication after the 12:30 reminder. I am not sure how the cleaning services are but if they are anything like scheduling a

1st cleaning. I took everything off the kitchen counters for a easy clean. The house smell clean.

Kendra and her team did a fantastic job cleaning one of the rentals I stayed in on Airbnb in Raleigh, NC.
