At Your Service Construction

If I could give less than one star I would. Beware, do not hire At Your Service for anything. The owner of the company Moshe Yosef is a crook. He was hired as the sub- contractor to do the foundations and grading of our house, and now more than two years later he is still fixing concrete mistakes from the initial pour. He has been paid in full by our general contractor and has now walked off the job, and completely gone missing. We have a completely collapsed major wall, uneven concrete and cracks, and an unfinished pool with holes in it. We have filed a complaint with the Contractor’s Board and were made aware he has a record.

The General Contractor Moshe Yosef was immediately accessible by text, email, or phone call, all his crew were well-supervised as well as making sure the job site was always clean. Surprised to see some negative reviews by other customers. Perhaps they had financial problems. At Your Service must have made some changes because our remodel project went on schedule and on budget. We were so impressed with the work that we have decided to have AYS bid on a commercial project on another property.

Deserves zero stars. A true crook. Unprofessional, immoral, liar, etc. Swapped out his sub at the last minute unannounced. New sub was incompetent and Moshe gave him zero oversight. A disaster that cost us tens of thousands of dollars to redo all the horrific work his sub did. A true nightmare. Contact me for pictures, documents and other proof if you desire. This is a bad man.

Very knowledgeable and helpful for our project. Had Moshe/AYS do a driveway and other smalls items (some doors, replaced my windows, replaced hardware) on our project in Westwood. Would recommend to my friends.
