Lowell switched out 2 shower trims and valves and cleared a main line of root growth. He was professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing in detail. He was thorough, and when he was done, he showed me the screen while he ran the camera through the main line so I could see it was clear. He never left me feeling like he was in a hurry to get out or irritated to be there like other plumber I've delt with. He really seems to enjoy his work. I will definitely use Lowell for all my plumbing issues going forward.

I reached out At Your Service Plumbing through Thumbtack at 11pm. I wasn't expecting a response because it was so late. With in minutes he responded, I explained my issue, then booked my appointment. Edward arrived on time and his service was exceptional. He even pointed out some safety issues with my plumping that needed to be addressed. I will be using him again. His quality of work was spot on he used empathy and care with answering my questions. Very professional, I highly recommend his services to anyone.

Would highly recommend Lowell (At Your Service Plumbing)! We used him to change three toilets; he went out of his way to work out some of the complications we had with two of the water lines and he knew exactly how to work around it. Great service, excellent work and very dependable plumbing company. He did more than we even contracted for and the cost was very reasonable.
