From the very first phone call, then meeting, and subsequent build of our new home, this has been a completely smooth and painless process. Many thanks to Andre, Calvin and the whole team/family at ATA Construction. We were involved with so many aspects of the design and build of the house, yet Andre, Calvin and the engineers took care of all the proper permits and requirements of the various town boards. My wife and I are truly grateful for all of their efforts. Even the the site workers were pleasant, easy to talk to and ask any questions about the progress along the way. It was exciting to see our retirement home go from a musty old camp to a beautiful lake house that we are proud to have built by ATA and now enjoy living in. In 2010,ATA renovated our pond front cabin by installing a foundation while the cabin stayed in place!This work was started and completed in a narrow window of what turned out to be very difficult weather.Andre promised a time table and he fulfilled it.Calvin,his foreman, and his men addressed all our concerns in a timely manner.We have not experienced any settling with the foundation.The project stayed well within budget.ATA took this work when no one else would return our calls.
