I would like to acknowledge Jared Medeiros as a "Knower of All Things Fujitsu HVAC System." Over four months, we had many companies consult on our HVAC system - without a hint of a solution. Jared has a complete understanding of the Fujitsu HVAC system. He has an intelligent and systematic approach. Jared thoughtfully went through our entire system, explaining each step along the way so I could understand the inner workings of the HVAC system. He even drew pictures to explain the system for me. Importantly, Jared is good natured and reliable. He kept the appointments made and was in no rush to leave but stayed to figure out the issues and solve the problems. His follow up appointments were equally thorough and complete. Jared Mederios is an A++++ HVAC technician.

Unexpectedly needed a new heating and hot water system and ATCO was recommended by a trusted friend. I cannot say enough about how professional, courteous, punctual and hard working they are. I had interactions with many employees as they send you the best people for each part of the job! Best pipe fitters, system people... to do each part of the job. Everything was explained to me in ways that were easy for a non-plumber like myself to understand. They cleaned up after themselves and left my basement cleaner than it was when they arrived! Shout out to Paul Albernaz and Jason. Wish I had the names of all who were here, but I am sure they know who they are! Now I can't wait for them to start my mini-splits in a few weeks! :)

My AC was not working. The technician Jarred was awesome! Jarred went over everything with me, and explained and showed me what the problem was, and was able to get the AC working. Jarred was professional, courteous, and on time. I would highly recommend ATCO to fix and service your AC system.

Very professional team and replaced plumbing pipes in very reasonable time. Will use them again, and would highly recommend.

My complaint is directed to one of the drivers of the company. When someone drive a car that doesn’t belong to him should drive with caution. Next time I will stop him. People drive like crazy on that street..
