ATG did an excellent job fixing a heating issue with my Navien combi boiler. Andreas also diagnosed and resolved a high PSI problem in my water main that previous plumbers missed. The team was super responsive, even stopping by on the weekend when needed. Highly recommend ATG for any plumbing or heating needs!

I am beyond pleased with the great work that Carmelo and Vasilis did to repair and elevate my bathroom. In less than 2 hours, they addressed 3 plumbing issues I was having: a toilet that wasn't working properly, a slow draining sink, and a shower with limited hot water. All of these problems are now fully fixed. Carmelo and Vasilis were also extremely professional. They were very courteous and considerate as I was working from home while they were completing the repairs. It was raining when they arrived, and they put a sheet over my apartment floor as to not tread dirt into the apartment. Upon completion, they cleaned the space around their repairs and even offered to help me restore items that had been moved.

Andreas and his team really take pride in their work. I had an emergency in the middle of winter and they can to replace my boiler. It was a pleasure working with him--really caring and responsive. He explains everything and his entire is very professional and thoughtful. They are excellent to work with on all fronts

I called ATG to fix my boiler. The owner Andres gave me an estimate that it would be a $250 diagnostic inspection. After the inspection, he said the issue was with the motherboard and changed it. It didn't fix the problem work. Next, he said it was the screen and changed it. Then he said it's another unnamed? part. He said he would identify it by Monday (2 days later) but he never got back to me. Finally, on Wednesday (4 days later), I reached out to asked for an update. Still no update on Saturday. It has been 1 week, I have paid $616 to repair nothing, and I still haven't heard any update.
