ATI Restoration did an incredible job restoring our cabinets after significant water damage. Jose and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. The cabinets honestly look better than they did before the damage. Jose clearly takes pride in his work and made sure everything was done right. He kept us informed along the way and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. I worked with ATI Restoration through a water loss. They were onsite promptly after the incident to begin mitigation and communicated clearly about what to expect. I am especially grateful to Kevin, who communicated directly with my home owners insurance and ensured I had what I needed to make my home livable again, and Wayne, who managed the project, answered my questions, and ensured no small detail was overlooked.

THE WORST DECISION FOR A NEW ROOF. Remember the hailstorm in May of 2024? First, I had trouble with another roofing co. Finally, I was referred to ATI to do it, they started off okay, in October 2024. The Project Manager was obviously completely worthless. VERY long story but, by the end, when I finally paid my final payment in JANUARY 2026, I just have to leave a warning. Granted, I think most of the problem was because of this idiot PM I got. He kept hiring completely incompetent people. My windows were such a disaster, they had to be totally re-done. My very minimal siding pieces never were done, I finally just said forget it, give me the credit. (There were several things undone) The #1 worst thing. Professional Restoration has my highest possible recommendation. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible on Google. From the beginning of the estimating process through the completion of construction, the communication was outstanding and highly responsive - my project manager and I spoke every day during the construction. The crews were all very courteous, showed up on time when they said they would, and every single one of them took a lot of pride in the work they were doing. I could not be happier. I am an engineer, and deal with contractors on a daily basis. These guys were the best, experts at what they did, and provided a very high quality of craftsmanship. Basement remodeling/reconstruction work isn't cheap, but Professional Restoration was worth every penny.

I had a major leak In my condo from the upstairs unit. My insurance company Chose professional restoration to do the repair work. We found out there was asbestos and had to do some abatement work to mitigate it. My bathroom has been left down to the studs with only the toilet being in there. James from professional restoration came out and Provided an extraordinarily lowball quote to Redo my bathroom at $5000. They quoted 198 sqft of drywall to be installed at $553 for example, which is ridiculous. Another example is that the vanity was broken when it was removed from the bathroom and despite me pointing this out to James, he still wrote the quote as if they only had to place the vanity back in its spot as opposed to having the insurance company replaced the broken vanity.
