That has certainly been my experience too. They were here within just a couple of hours of being contacted by the insurance company, and the initial cleanup crew was great. Then they handed off to the crew that sorted everything and made decisions about what could be cleaned and saved, versus what needed to be thrown away. Forever Grateful to Roth Cleaning & Construction I first met the Roth Cleaning team after I had a house fire. I was overwhelmed by the amount of clean up that had to be done. Our insurance company, USAA, recommended them to us because they had the highest customer service rating. Boy were they not kidding. They were very responsive and quick about cleaning up water leakage from an ice dam on my roof. They checked on the drying equipment every day and let me know what time they would be there the next day. In particular, Sam, Alex, Juan and Javi were so professional, courteous and nice!
