ATI Restoration

Andrew and Jerry from ATI Restoration were absolutely amazing! They worked together to replace the insulation, ceiling, and walls, and the results were excellent. What impressed me most was how efficiently they worked without disrupting our busy schedules. Professional, reliable, and friendly the entire time. I highly recommend ATI and especially Andrew and Jerry for anyone needing restoration work!

Very satisfied with the outcome from extreme major work completed on our home. This project would require a lead who is well versed in the multi-stage process of coordinating w vendors, contractors, logistics, but more important, continued communication with the customer; this is what I appreciate from Sam. At each step of the project I was kept informed and the end result - remarkable! I recommend VR.

They were amazing. My ceiling collapsed due to a AC blower that the drip pan overflowed and my ceiling ended up on my bed. They came in fixed everything to include vacuuming my bedroom. Your company needs to keep these guys that came to do the repair work. They went above and beyond in my opinion. Very professional. I was told it would take 2 days, they completed it in 1. I gave four stars because while the workmanship was good in the end, there were issues with workmen frequently not showing up as scheduled (and not caused by weather which was understandable a few times), paint spilled on my porch, missing medicine cabinet shelves, old plumbing pipes not hauled away (left in my unfinished basement) and mis-application of a check. On a positive note, I will say Andrew, my Project Manager was always available to me by phone and text. The tree fell on my house May 15th hitting a small bathroom, going through the roof front and back and damaging a roof joist. I signed with ATI July 2nd. It took about 4.5 months to complete the job. I gathered there was some delay due to the engineering reports taking a long time. The engineers had to come out an extra time bec
