ATI Restoration

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been ignored and lied to by ATI, my insurance company's "preferred" vendor for almost an entire year since Hurricane Helene. The staff in Augusta has continuously lies about timelines and repairs. I was told that cabinets were to be installed in my kitchen on September 1st. I returned to my home on September 10th to absolutely ZERO progress. I contacted the cabinet maker since I didn't get any response from Denise. My cabinet maker informed me that they didn't receive a deposit from ATI in a timely manner so I was removed from their schedule. It will be at least another 2 weeks. They have been "kicking the can" down the road for AN ENTIRE year. All that has been done is my contents removed, but not inventoried. My carpet partially removed and the

Absolutely horrible company to work with. I had water damage 3yrs ago where they had to replace my floors. I notified them within a week that certain areas were not right and that there was areas that the flooring was cut too short. Nothing ever done about it. After awhile they just ghosted me until I called my insurance company and they told me the company name changed and they will have them reach out to me. Well they finally reached out 3yrs later by then my floors were coming to throughout the entire house. Their response was that it needed to be leveled before they put me flooring in so I would have to pay out of pocket for that. We had discovered a leak, originating from an upstairs bathroom, that caused damage to our living room ceiling. Once the insurance process was started, Ashley and her team arrived (on time) and immediately began assessing the situation. The process was thoroughly explained before any work was started. Her team was extremely professional and took great care in ensuring any mess generated from them was cleaned. I would highly recommend their services.

They came in the evening that the incident occurred, moved quickly taking out the carpet that was damaged and setup blowers and dehydrators immediately. They were all so nice and kept checking in every day to take readings and remove the equipment as soon as it was dry so they could begin repair. I would definitely use this company again (although I hope I don't have to!).

Water damage and mold removal service was good, this is their specialty. However, the process to repair the walls and floor was a Disaster, dry wall and floor contractor did a great job but time wise it took forever for the on-site manager to find a third party contractor. On-site manager was not very proactive throughout the entire process. Even had to place a complaint to insurance company to cancel the contract. Almost 4 months to complete the process. If I had to use them again it would be for water damage but not for repairs because this is not what the specialize in.
