Im a first time client. Terry and his son were such a great help. We called a few plumbers to install a toilet for us however they were all booked especially during this holiday season. The other plumbers quote for installation were also outrageous. Although Terry didnt call3me back the same day, he called back the following day and just happened to finish a job earlier than expected and was just around the corner from my home. Terry offered to swing by to give a proper quote. After his very fair and reasonable quote we decided to go with him. Terry and his son were quick and efficient. They are very professional. I will be using them in the near future and I highly recommend.

Needed to get a faucet replaced and they recommended a brand and installed it the next day. They were really professional and kind. Will be going to them with all of our plumbing needs!

Can’t speak highly enough of Terry. We had an abandoned pipe burst in our yard, which proceeded to flood our basement due to the high water level in our area. We went through 4 other plumbers who couldn’t figure out how to cap it (it’s some rare thin-walled ABS pipe from the 70s, finally figured it out after Terry left). Terry found a solution and stopped our basement from flooding.

I made a couple attempts to have Atkins & Nestor set up a appointment to check the boiler I have in my home I recently purchased. This company did a couple repairs and serviced the boiler per the home inspection prior to my purchase. I bought the house in April and I turned on the heat last week to make sure everything was working for the winter season and nothing happened. Now I cannot get a return phone call from them.
