Kneemo did a fantastic job. He is so easy to work with and explained everything very well. We had two problems, both were electrical related. He diagnosed it quickly and made the repairs and we are back to heating the house again. I highly recommend homeowners getting a regular maintenance plan so you have your HVAC serviced twice a year. We just had a full unit replacement completed by Atlanta Air Authority. The entire process was fantastic. From the initial call to report my problem, their prompt reply and evaluation, and the quotation and schedule for install. All communications were prompt and professional. There was a three man team that came for the actual replacement. They were very friendly and worked hard to complete the job quickly. It seems hard to fine companies that focus on customer service these days but Atlanta Air Authority rises to the top! I have already recommended them to my family and friends because I know they are the best!
