We had an awful experience with this company and would never use them again. We called for washer repair on a Friday. The technician came out, diagnosed the issue, and said we needed a new hose. He went to Home Depot, realized the hose didn’t fit, and told us he’d get the correct part from an appliance dealer. He said he took a picture of the model and would be back Monday morning. Monday came—no show. We had a 10 a.m. appointment, but the technician never arrived. When we called customer service, the operator was rude and robotic, repeating that the tech would call when he “had the part”—even though we already had a scheduled appointment. That made no sense. Later that evening, we got a call saying he’d come Tuesday at 10 a.m. Again, no show. Then we were told he’d arrive around 1:30. A

Be Aware! I requested a service because my dishwasher doesn't drain after a cycle. However, when I cancel the cycle it drains. So they came to check it very fast, but the service was a scam. The technician just checked the dishwasher but barely took it apart. Then said the pump is not working and gave an estimate. Which was the half price of the dishwasher price. So I requested another service with another company because I didn't think that the pump is malfunctioning. The second company quickly took apart the dishwasher and perfectly cleaned the tubes. They never mentioned the pump is not working. And guess what? The dishwasher is working perfectly without a pump change ..I do not recommend this company!
