Third company to come out and see my problem and not blamr on user error. Technician was knowledgeable and ran through all scenarios to find and fix my issues. The control board needed to be reset. They work weekends and came on short notice at time said not a 4 hour window. Service charge pricing was better then the fee from my home warranty company.

The guy barely even looked at my dryer before saying he’ll have to get the price of parts and call me back in a day or two with a new quote. He charged me $20 for that service visit. I waited half a week before trying to contact the company about it, and they kept saying he’d call me back soon—first in a few minutes, then after his current service... but I never got a call. I moved on with another company instead, who fixed my dryer in one day.
