Great experience! Very easy to book, the location is safe, and there is plenty of space for my box truck. Customer service was super helpful and responded fast when I had questions. Definitely one of the best truck parking spots I’ve used will continue parking here. Highly recommend!

This Place had trucks squeezed really tight everywhere. It’s an extremely tight space. Informed the attendant. The attendant stated I could park anywhere available, just let him know. I parked in a parking space that had space and informed him. As I left. The attendant immediately stated that I would be towed if I parked in one of the only spots left. Attendant then refused to answer his answer and texted that I need to move it or I would be towed. I had to come back to move the truck to avoid the treat of being towed even though I paid for a parking space in advance. For a place that does a lot of business , I would have expected a more organized set up and professional customer service. Only use as a last resort if you have a 53 foot trailer.

Accidentally made a wrong payment, the lady on the phone reassured me all I need to do is email the office and there would be no issue resolving this. Fast forward to the next day, I get an email saying they will not refund the money. If they need $35 so bad…what else will this company try on you.

Easy to work with, when I called basically every lot in a 3 mile radius they got back to me quickly and it was so easy to use their services. Very accessible from the road and secure. If I needed to use a secure lot again I would use this company.
