I should have listened to these reviews. DO NOT park here. It is a scam. I payed for parking and am now being sent letters about how I haven’t paid & now they’re wanting to charge me $70. Apparently by reading the reviews I am not the first person that this has happened to. I have bank statement proof that I payed and even have a photo of the sign from that night saying how much the parking was going to be, because I figured something like this was going to happen & wanted to protect myself. The sign said $30 max for parking, so why am I being sent a letter saying I owe $70 when that’s not even the pricing for having had parked there. This place is a scam. I will not be falling for it and neither should you. I will not stop disputing this until they stop sending me letters trying to charge

Paid for Parking here during a show at The Eastern and I’m now receiving threatening letters to collect $70 with photos of my vehicle!? This place is a SCAM. 🛑 DON’T PARK HERE!!! (They have an “F” with the Better Business Bureau and literally thousands of complaints, not to mention the law suits.)

Was leaving the already crowded garage after an event to go home and one of the attendants told me to pull forward when I did so I scraped the wall and he told me to back up and go in the other lane. The other attendant told me it was just a little dent so I went on my way. Well when I got home it was not just a little dent it's a massive dent and I feel like this could've been prevented if I wasn't rushed and if the garage was laid out a little bit better.

My car was broken into with also at least 3 other vehicles. My backpack was stolen with everything you can image when you’re traveling through an airport (laptop, clothes, wallet, etc). Police report has been done** This parking fee was $30 with “secure” parking, a gate and with attendants present. Security doesn’t do or know anything such as if there’s cameras or not. There are no security cameras whatsoever in the parking garage. I’ve talked to police about this property and they’ve said whenever there’s an event here, there tends to always be a break in of a vehicle here. Please reconsider where you’re going to park not just because of the convenience this parking garage has. Owner/Management: Please leave a number or email to discuss this issue with you further.

They do not have clear future resident parking signage for Alton East and then boot you. Trying to dispute my boot now - if you add the signage, that’s fair but without it, no future resident should be charged $75 for a 15-min tour visit in the middle of a Tuesday, empty lot.
