I purchased a new home in February from Lennar!! I do not recommend Lennar or this company for any of your new home purchases or flooring. The flooring placed in the home can not be cleaned using WATER!!! Which we were not told at purchase if so we would not have purchased the home. You must use alcohol according to the company. The flooring is very cheaply made and buckles very easily. The inspector Andrew that came to my home was not very helpful and a liar! He contradicted himself several times about the flooring. In his own report he put that the flooring issues was not due water damage, but denied the claim to fix the flooring due to water damage! I highly recommend that this company is investigated by the BBB for placing known faulty equipped in new homes.

This is the subcontractor that Lennar used to install the floors and tile in my home and based on my experience I would never recommend anyone use them for any type of service. The entire laminate flooring that they installed had to be replace 3 times because they continued to not level the slab causing multiple soft spots and boards snapping from each other. This process took over 8 months of them denying the issue and not doing the actual repairs. The biggest problem that we have had is in our shower. We have multiple spots where the grout is cracked, which could be caused my settling, however, we have wall tiles that are also cracked which would suggest a bond failure, not settling.
