I had them put a roof on our house last year. Good interactions with the salesperson/estimator, great price (one of the two lowest out of four), and overall solid job. I only gave four stars because of a) foreman was not the easiest to work with , b) I found a LOT of nails around the house afterwards and had to get them to drag the magnets more times than they planned (ended up getting a ton more nails), and c) recently found they apparently removed my porch gutter even though I told them I was not getting the porch roof (metal) replaced. The gutter had been put back on almost level so had accumulated a lot of debris and standing water/algae (see pictures). They also had unwound the circular metal mesh I had preventing debris from entering the drain and placed it in flat (see pictures). T

I received lots of estimates from roofing companies. I did my research. I chose Atlanta Roofing Specialists to tear off and replace a BitMod roof in a neighborhood with mid-century modern homes. They also installed 3 new skylights with motorized shades and new gutters/guards. They replaced the damaged tongue and groove boards as well. Best decision I made. My salesman, David was awesome. Communicated everything with me. The job foreman, Sonny was amazing and communicated with me throughout all work that was done. The girls in the office were the best. This company works like a WELL OILED MACHINE. I was kept informed by everyone through the construction process. Communication was excellent. I HIGHLY recommend this roofing company.

Great experience with ARS. I have a flat roof from the 60s and they had been keeping me dry with occasional patches, but I wanted to install solar, so it was time to replace it. ARS put on a layer of insulation (R-16) and the new TPO roof Mark Rutherford did a fantastic job of customizing and communicating changes in the schedule and eventually fit me in early because of a cancellation Great worksmanship and really great staff. Mark Rutherford is fantastic. Recommend them highly.

This is the second time we have used Atlanta Roofing Specialists in the 35 years we've owned our home. They put our prior roof on 25 years ago, and we decided to call them again for a quote this time because we have had no problems with our roof since they put the prior one on. The same salesperson arrived at our door this time from 25 years ago, and that says a lot about a company if they keep personnel that long. Even though the price had gone up a great deal from 25 years ago, we decided to go with ARS without even looking any further. They hand nail everything with nails, no staple guns.
