My building got three or four quotes from various rodent proofing businesses, and ASRR was by far the best. Chris's attention to detail during the walk around and quote caught multiple things that other companies did not, the price was just right, and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Our building has not had a rodent problem since Chris and his team came out almost a year ago. I'd highly recommend ASRR to anyone looking for a local and reliable team for any rodent problems!

These guys were great. They came the morning following our afternoon call. Diagnosed we had grey squirrels in the attic. Came back two days later and set traps inside and outside. Each time a squirrel was trapped they came, removed and relocated it. Four days later - 3 squirrels gone and entry way sealed. Fair price and no sales pressure. Would absolutely use again and recommend to others.

Chris and his team did a great job at our townhome. He was the only company that would seal not only the outside but the inside of the attic as well. He even covered a neighbors hole that was affecting our attic!! We are very pleased with his work. Good price, good warranty.

Please save your time and money, and do not hire this company. I paid for Chris and his team to do a full exclusion because I had squirrel activity in my attic and a few areas around my home. Unfortunately, the exclusion never stopped the squirrel activity. I would call & message, and it would take days/weeks to get a response (if any). IF they made it back out, they are not thorough with their inspections and finding any new entrance points. Chris and his team will come off as really nice, but the refusal to return calls or messages from a customer that paid for their services, says a lot about the owner & company.

Pay attention to the negative reviews here. It seems that Chris is good for some people, but I’ve had a bad experience as well. After paying for exclusion services to my roof and gutters, the squirrels returned. I called and left numerous messages to come back out. If he did answer, he said he’d come out on a certain day but never followed up like he promised he would. We even caught a squirrel that rotted in the cage, but they would not come out. Yes, he appears nice and courteous on the phone and in person, but clearly Chris does not keep his word and do the job that you pay good money to complete. Very poor business ethics!
