Worst traffic management ever!! Sat for over 25 minutes because they can’t control traffic flow

This company repaved the streets in the subdivision I live in. Some damage was done to the turf of my corner lot and a sprinkler was broken in the process. This happened when one of their trucks drove on the edge of my property. Needless to say, I was wondering how I was going to get this fixed without having to hire an outside contractor at my expense. St Johns County paving department called me back and gave me the name of the contact person for this company. I contacted Travis H who oversees all the work that is done by Atlantic Coast Asphalt and explained the problem and also texted him a few pictures. Crews on college today waved traffic along into a blocked road with equipment where we could not get by as well as a worker who wasn't paying attention and almost walked into the side of my vehicle. Not organized and frankly your employees seem to lack common sense. I don't mean to be rude but it had to be said.

Who runs this clownshow? Live in Doshire Meadows in Orange Park, they have trucks blocking road and everyone standing around with the thumbs up their rear. About to call sheriff's office and file a complaint.
