Atlantic heating and cooling has always gone above and beyond to meet my needs. The staff at the office is friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. They always take time to answer questions and explain things. Had my system maintenance the other day. Alex was my tech, And he was awesome. 5 stars ⭐️

I have used Atlantic Heating and Cooling to service my HVAC system for several years. They have always been easy to work with and meet their commitments as far as keeping their appointments and keeping me informed, if they are going to be later than expected. Their employees are always respectful and easy to deal with and I recommend them to anyone who is either needing service or a new system.

I wasn’t at home for this supposed maintenance of my heating system due to a winter storm. The tech showed up and I turned off the alarm , opened the garage door remotely. He called me back after the garage door had been open 11 minutes saying that he was finished, everything looked fine. I have another home and an excellent HVAC company. It takes them 40 - 45 minutes for the routine maintenance call, not 11 minutes. I don’t believe anything was done other than the tech walking in, looking around, turning the thermostat down as I requested and then leaving.

The service technician was professional and went right to work on our annual maintenance visit. He was thorough, explained what he was doing, neatly dressed, called ahead to let us know he was coming and showed up on time. Excellent quality and why we will continue to use Atlantic for our HVAC and A/C service.

We have the Penguin Plan and get our HVAC system serviced twice a year. Alex is the technician that checks our unit. He is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He does an excellent job and is a pleasure to talk with. I have already made my scheduled checks for next year!
