The trim on my kitchen cabinets has fallen off in one place (almost hitting my wife) and is loose in another place because it’s not fastened properly. Ron Franks has told my wife and I that he would be out to repair this on 3 different occasions. We have been waiting since July. He’s either a liar, or he’s not coming because our contractor has told him not to come out. If the latter is the case, then he must be a coward. Either way, don’t do business with this garbage. EDIT: If the contractors told you the painters did it (see business response), then that’s an issue between you, the contractors, and their painters. I am writing a much overdue review of Atlantic Kitchens. Thanks to Pat at Atlantic Kitchens my wife was able to make her dream kitchen a reality. To say she loves the kitchen would be an understatement. Pat and everyone at Atlantic Kitchens went above and beyond to make sure our experience exceeded expectations. I have no doubt they will do the same for you too.

Were do I start when my cabinets and countertops came in there installers put cabinets in all uneven told me they wanted me to sign a paper so when they put countertops in they will break and they didn't want to be responsible I said no so they sent another person out they got it even then when countertops were being brought in they broke it had to wait longer to get replaced then cabinets on bottom was supposed to be grey they were brown had to reorder doors it took a yr to get color right on doors that is but they wouldn't replace base to there brown a cabinet on top doors warped front of 1 swelling at bottom and cabinet by stove falling apart not glued together color on cabinets fading needed more paint on them and doesn't seem like they sealed them I'm afraid if I keep wiping them th
