I had a great experience with Atlantic Mechanical. They were able to come out the same day when I was having an issue, which was such a relief. The technician, Nick, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my system and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. What I appreciated most was how honest and fair he was. Instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, he helped me prioritize what actually needed to be fixed now versus what could wait, which I really respected. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent as well. It’s hard to find service companies that are both skilled and genuinely helpful, but this team went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing service.

The most wonderful customer service from my initial phone call on a busy Tuesday morning to complete repair in just a matter of a couple of short hours thereafter. And during the coldest day of the year thus far— certainly their service was in very high demand! Our tech arrived right on time, and demonstrated complete professionalism, expertise and completed the job at hand effectively and expeditiously. We are once again warm tonight! My central air conditioning unit suddenly stopped working and continuously turned on and off. I called Atlantic Mechanical, spoke with Sandy and she promptly got service going. A technician, "Nic” arrived within 1 hour. He did a great job explaining my situation, my options and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

I have a business and a home in St Augustine and have gone through several A/C companies in the past 8 years. My business is in an 1806 house and I think the A/C is that old also:). Atlantic Mechanical has service both places a few times and each time they have been reliable, professional, responsive, and a great cost. Today was David and he was great! They are definitely our go-to A/C company and will highly recommend them!
