Martin and his crew arrived on time and completed the service of cleaning our pond in an efficient and caring manner. Martin was quick to respond to my initial call seeking service. He communicated his services clearly and we were scheduled all in the same day. I bought a home with a koi pond. I had no idea what to do with it. When I first got the home I tried a different pond/ cleaning company from Davidsonville MD. That company sent two kids who showed up in a small car and no equipment. I somehow found Atlantic Ponds by searching google. I’m so glad that I did. Martin and his team have been amazing. He arrived in a branded truck, with 2 huge pop up pools to hold my koi during the cleaning. He had all the needed equipment and got to work. I was sold from that day forward. I have him come 2x a year to clean my pond. I’ve called him too in between cleanings if something broke. One time he had to bring and new filter and he was here within a day of my call. Unfortunately I believe this group uses a standard approach to all pond situations. That approach did not work for my pond. When I initially contacted them about this, they came out and applied a second dose. Weeks later, I have floating algae returned and the problem weeds in the deeper middle part (my true target issue) untouched. The floating algae isn't as bad as it initially was, but after reaching out about my concerns I have had no response. Company was very responsive prior to being paid in full, but I promptly paid after all services were completed. Then it was radio silence. I believe their pricing was above the going rate of other local companies, but I went with them anyway due to their rating. If you have issues other than floating algae I would not recommend.

Martin was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very professional and we have nothing but good things to say about this company! We had an old, cracked concrete pond that had been empty for well over ten years.
