Our kitchen remodel was a complicated one in that it was a mix of both insurance payoff and “private funds” since many upgrades we wanted were out of the scope of the insurance payout. Couple that with the facts that every time a wall was opened or the floor removed, either asbestos or mold was discovered, leading to many insurance related delays. Through it all, our project manager, Gabby Radin, was the bright spot through all of this. She was in our corner the whole time fighting for the maximum insurance payout, keeping me abreast of all of the work scheduling, doing her best to accelerate whatever she could, and most of all, she made herself available 24/7 via text. I cannot express how much gratitude I have to this company for fixing our dining room. Before we met with the team, I was having real issues with the insurance company. The team took over immediately without any hesitation. This team is excellent when it comes to finishing any project and do not play around when it comes to the level of professionalism they bring. Atlantic restoration came and was paid nearly $80,000 to replace cabinets from water damage and redo my floors. It has been not even a year now, (just about) and the floor is coming up in several different places. When you walk on the taped areas you sink down into the floor because it's not supported correctly underneath and or the and floors come up when you step on them. I have called Atlantic restorations twice now. Gabby took my information down and I have yet to receive a phone call back. Clearly they're waiting for the warranty to go out so they don't have to come back and fix the work that they did, that was horrible to begin with. Atlantic was wonderful to work with replacing my porch after not 1 but 2 car accidents! They helped deal with the first driver's insurance company and navigate the claims process with us. When the second accident happened six months later during construction, they worked with us to get it resolved quickly and affordably. And the rebuild is so beautiful! I just had a wonderful experience working with this company. Their professionalism and knowledge made a very stressful situation very smooth. We had water damage from a central air system that went into walls causing damage. Brian LaFountain was our project manager and his knowledge and professionalism was top notch. Kelsey was the office staff who worked directly with insurance company making the process smooth and less stressful. Highly recommend this company. Great quality work, combined with professionalism which can be hard to come by these days.
