Hired this company because they had a competitive bid and great reviews. The operator was incredible. We had a huge field with 28 tri axle dump trucks of soil out and 28 loads in. Guys were here and made as little damage as possible. Went over the top with communication and friendly service. Couldn’t have gone better we only had to shut down for a few hours for the whole project.

We have used Atlantic Sitton in the past. They keep very good records and have information on file regarding our septic tank and dates of service.. Herman, the technician, came out and did a great job. It was a little difficult for him to find the septic tank lid, since it was buried under the grass.The type of lid is called a “coffin.”. It is big and heavy. Herman had all the right tools to dig, and lifted the manhole cover (they don’t make risers for this coffin style). When opened, I asked many questions about the tank, from using enzyme pods, to leach fields, to examining waste water. Herman was friendly and knowledgeable. Had Atlantic Septic & Sewer to the house for a septic pump out. The office staff was very friendly and helpful when a unexpected schedule conflict arose. They emailed me an appointment reminder, let me know who was coming.. Eric, the technician, was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions.
