I contacted Atlantic shutters salesman put shutters on my single-family home. The salesman that came out was the only one that showed me a product which was much superior to the other ones had a slight difference in price. The installer was excellent did a professional job ideally with these people they’re available 100 all day long at 100% customer service great price great job I’ve never dealt with a more reputable company and I highly recommend them. It’s amazing the product they have was 5% better than the other products that other people show me which were very very weak. In comparison they were easy to close they work perfectly. They’re even available on Sundays and they had a permit pulled it past. It was a wonderful job very very.

Do NOT use Atlantic Windows & Shutters. Save yourself the headache. We hired them expecting professionalism and quality based on our contract — and they failed miserably on both. Wrong Product Installed: We paid for a premium Windoor half-circle window with a walnut brown finish — double the cost of a standard PGT bronze unit. Not only did they install the wrong window, but they claimed Windoor doesn’t fabricate custom openings (despite billing us for it and listing it clearly in the contract). I had to chase them down with multiple calls and emails just to get a partial credit — which I had to propose myself. No initiative, no accountability. Mismatched Hardware: All Windoor French doors were supposed to come with deluxe nickel hardware — and all did, except the one in the dining room.

Atlantic Windows and Shutters did an amazing job installing my new impact windows and door for my business. The owner and installation crew provided excellent service. They were professional and reliable during the entire process. The price was also very reasonable. I am really happy with the results. Good and honest work is hard to find, and this is a business I highly recommend.
