Very disappointing experience with Atlantis Air Conditioning. I paid $6,840 in full for an AC system installed in September 2023, and immediately had ongoing issues with refrigerant leaks and poor cooling. Despite multiple service visits during the warranty period, the problem was never fixed and I was still charged for service calls. After the warranty expired, I was finally told the cause was a manufacturer defect. In February 2026, my home still had inadequate heat during winters until it became unbearable this winter during extremely cold weather. I was told the company no longer services my address. Later that same day, I was informed that the heater was never installed back in 2023 due to a backorder—and no one ever followed up or informed me. This experience showed serious issues wi

I would strongly advise using a different company. I asked how much a quote was, and I was told that they do not do diagnostic fees. They charge by the hour(130$). They failed to explain that when the driver leaves his previous job your clock starts! So for instance… it took 30 minutes for the ac tech to leave his previous house and get to my house, that’s already a 65$ bill! Then they charge you for the time that it take the tech to write up The invoice. BUYER BEWARE, nothing was changed or fixed… but it was still a 300 bill VS multiple companies that would of offered the same diagnostic repair for 140-160. Save yourself some money and use a different company!!

We became dissatisfied with our AC contractor. We have a rather complicated LG system. I chose Atlantis because they had experience with these units. This I know. After hiring them I found out this, 1. The office and administrative staff communicate very well. 2. The technicians are all very qualified, knowledgeable, well mannered professionals. 3. The response time is outstanding. 4.You can trust that your issues will be or can be resolved. 5.Costs are very competitive. We have been with them now for several years. Our contentment has led them to be one of our most widely used AC contractors, in a rather large institution. I have been using this company ever since I discovered them 16 years ago. They are professional, reliable, competent and only use well trained technicians who have the proper schooling and attained their credentials. You can have the same technician repeatedly if you so desire. The phone people are always accommodating, courteous & helpful. You can always get someone on the phone. They do new installs as well as maintenance. I recommend a maintenance service contract for them to keep an eye on things. After all this is Florida; you don't want to be without AC. They prefer certain manufacturers but can get you whatever you would like. They always tell you the pros and cons of every situation to be decided.
