Atlantis Custom Pools and Spa

Atlantis Custom Pools and Spas built our complete backyard back in December 2023 including pool, spa, gazebo, fire pit area and grass area and we are completely satisfied with their first class work. They use only the best materials and make sure to build you the backyard of your dreams. Steve Rivas the owner is great to work with. We had a minor issue with the gazebo’s electrical system after two years with this months heavy rains but he came to repair them and to make sure we can continue enjoying our backyard. Will definitely keep on referring Steve to our friends.

They built my pool in 2014. We were absolutely pleased with the quality of their work and thoroughly enjoyed our pool. Throughout the years Steve has provided continued support not only with equipment questions but also with general pool maintenance support. I sold my home in 2023 and the pool was a huge selling feature for us. Definitely helped closed the deal. Steve came out and did a thorough inspection of the pool so it could pass inspection. The pic of the pool is after almost 10 years and still looks awesome. I now live in Dallas, TX and bought a home with a pool already built. To this day Steve still helps and answers questions for me, even for a pool he didn't build. Truly unheard of and I am glad I have him as a resource. Atlantis built my pool about 2 years ago. I have never had any issues with our pool however, this week I called them because the light in the jacuzzi went out. They came today and within an hour were able to replace it under the warranty. I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend.

I hired Atlantis pools to install my pool decking less than a year ago, and it’s already falling apart. Large sections are cracking, chipping, and lifting, exposing the material underneath, as shown in the photo. The contractor has already come out once to repair it, but the problem has returned and it’s now even worse than before. Now they say they’ll repair it again but a company that’s constantly doing warranty work is a red flag for poor quality. I do not recommend them. This is not normal wear and tear. It’s clear the work was done with poor workmanship and/or low quality materials. Pool decking should last for many years, yet within months I’m dealing with repeated issues on what should be a brand new, trouble free installation. Atlantis pools built my pool about 3-4 years ago. Very very shady pool quality. Cracks all over the decking, bricks falling off around the hot tub, water leaks out. I’m very disappointed with the pool and it was very expensive. I have had 2 other pools built by other pool companies and this one built by Atlantis is by far the worse. Facade looks like it was made in house. It’s just awful! I worked with Beto who had already come to repair some cracks, but those repairs didn't last. I called home after their 1 year warranty expired and he told me that I should have called him before. He forgot I already had called. I’m just very upset. I hope your pools don’t start falling apart like mine. Beto is offering to repair a repair if I pay for labor? Wow. I don’t think I should pay for anything e
