Atlantis Plumbing & Drains did an excellent job. From scheduling the appointment to completing the service, everything was smooth and stress-free. Will Pitts was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure the issue was fully resolved before leaving. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but this company truly delivers. Highly recommend!

We were having some issues with our bathroom drain lines from the shower and the sink. Tony came out very quickly and gave a very in-depth explanation as to the work that would need to be done. When he came out to do the work, he did it quickly, cleaned up after himself, and only cut the wall that he needed to cut. He answered all of my questions to an in-depth degree, was polite, and extremely knowledgable. After all the work was done, the price was very fair to the current market. There was a small leak afterwards and he came right back out, fixed the fitting, and everything is right as rain. 10/10 If I ever have any issues with my plumbing again, I would love to have him come back out to fix the issue. Tony is the man!

We had what I can only describe as "one of those once every few years" type of blockages. Mr Sandy has to be one of the most professional, and courteous plumbers I've ever had the pleasure of being service by. And if you check my reviews, you'd know that within 6 months time from now, I've dealt with 2 other major plumbing companies. Atlantis has to be hands down the best in business. Ms Jackie who answers the phone line is also super super nice and helpful. 10/10 i recommend I am editing this review because I also have to shout out mr DAVID. The entire team at atlantis plumbing is superb, super understanding and incredibly professional. They deserve all the 5 star ratings. Highly recommend

Gave us a great price and did great work. Tony Strickland came on his day off to fix the water heater so we didn’t have to wait until the weekend was over. He was extremely proficient and professional with the entire interaction . Very happy with the final product and how well everything was explained in detail on the new system put in. 10/10 would use again.

Wow! I am beyond impressed with the service that I received from Tony today. He didn’t show up today with just completing one task in mind. He showed up with the intentions and demeanor to make lifelong clients out of us. He expressed how he would be here for us for any of our plumbing needs. He was professional and on time! I received a text message when he was on the way and he also called before he arrived, giving me ample to be ready for the appointment. He was quick and efficient installing a beautiful kitchen faucet for me. He also went the extra mile to inform me about an installation warranty and main valve shut offs in case of an emergency. We were also able to work out pricing. I would absolutely recommend, 10/10.
