Entered my unit 3.5 hours early, and they just left. Slow, unprofessional and did not stick to the stated repair time.
A representative of this company was speeding through my town in a truck with the company logo on it (the speed limit is 25mph) swerving between lanes, not using turn signals, almost sideswiped multiple vehicles including me, riding peoples bumpers and flipping people off. Not very professional IMO
Bob is extremely helpful and willing to go out of his way to talk you through issues you're having over the phone. Fantastic customer service, will use again and again!
Needed a valve for an old boiler and Scott in the parts department was really helpful. Would highly recommend!
