Ridiculous 🤨 - called the business asking about the quote to have the hot water heater drain service performed and wanted to know the price to have the anode rod replaced. This was a quote, information only type of the call. By the way, Atlas Home Services was the original company to install the plumbing system in my home when the home was built, this is why I called them first. The lady I talked to at first seemed astonishingly oblivious of typical job responsibilities like knowing the prices for different services for someone who is answering the telephone to begin with. After some effort she gave me the flush price (enormously overpriced by the way). Afterwards, I was abruptly transferred to some guy, who claimed to be the manager. He immediately stated that they are declining to do any

Wanda provided us with wonderful customer service. Even though our home warranty expired, she was able to help save us a lot of money by guiding us through the process of ordering the exact part that was needed. Kevin is THE BEST!!!! I am a first time homeowner and not knowledgeable with anything related too plumbing. The two times I have had to call Atlas in the same weekend Kevin has been super helpful and I am learning from him!!! He has resolved both of my issues and I feel less stressed and informed!
