Honestly i would give half a star if i could. I don’t really know where to begin. I have had Atlas for a little over 7 years now and they have changed and not for the better. Why have your delivery times be 5+ days in the WINTER and 3+ days in the Summer? WHO is getting oil all summer? Yeah it would be smart but they aren’t using it till it ACTUALLY gets cold. It should be the other way around that makes more sense to me. Also I’d rather them take the money out AFTER the delivery and not before but I digress. Whoever is on the phone with customers seems like she doesn’t really care. It’s dead of winter it’s freezing we have had the worst winter in years, just do better. Also don’t ask customers if they know anyone who can be drivers that’s not our problem it’s sounds like it’s yours. Clear

Phone etiquette is horrendous, response times are horrible! It is winter, you need to be staffed and prepared for cold weather! This is PA you can expect "frigid" temperatures and snow! I am NOT using this company after this delivery! Read all reviews before using this company.

have had horrible experience with Atlas with our heating oil. Delivery is inconsistent, which it is what it is with the high volume they serve- but the customer service is terrible. The woman has been very rude, inconsiderate, short, and gave a lot of attitude when just trying to ask questions. Very disappointing experience.

I called this morning about an oil delivery as a new customer. The woman on the phone was short, rude and repeatedly spoke over me as I was trying to speak. I told her that her customer service was horrible to which she laughed. Be careful and cautious if you use this company.

Mary is awesome and very pleasant. Helped me out with the business accounts verses the personal and got them all straightened out.
