Very professional, helpful and courteous.

They came to give an estimate on termite treatment. The technician told me he couldn't find any active termites and treatment wasn't needed. After contacting the office I was told they would send me a document stating that no active termites were found. When it came down to it, they refused to send me anything without charge. At the last minute they decided I would have to pay $100 for a wood damage report. Completely unethical and will not stand by their work. Only care about the almighty dollar and to heck with integrity and customer service.

Very good pricing, always on time. Absolutely no pest after they leave. Job is always done properly, professionally and to the customer satisfaction.

Very friendly. The gentleman that came and sprayed where I work was knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer he could tell you where toidn't know if. Haven't seen a bug one since his visit.
