I was already going 56 in a 55 but your driver wanted to not only break that law but abuse the left lane. May I remind you left lane is for passing…not speeding. If I was going 56 then it makes no sense to fly by me.

This was one of the most demeaning and infuriating experiences I’ve had with a service provider. I was quoted $450 over the phone by their technician for a repair involving a part that costs $55 at Home Depot. After the work was done, I got a surprise callback saying the total was actually $750—with the excuse that the technician “forgot” to mention the rest of the cost. That’s a $300 upcharge after the fact, with zero transparency. Even worse, they tried to charge me an extra $290 for “cleaning the system”—but all they did was swap out the air filter using my own filter. That is not cleaning, that is exploitation. My AC was not working and my place was feeling 80+. I had to sleep without any blankets. It was no fun. So I decided to contact Atomatic and within 24 hours of initial contact they had 2 techs come by and everything was fixed and felt amazing in my place. It timed up perfectly as it was right before a 100 degree weekend in Chicagoland. I highly reccomend calling Atomatic if your home AC is not working!

Great work comes only from the employees who actually care. Unfortunately, I’ve seen other workers show up and barely do anything or put in any effort at all. With so many people on staff, everyone should be expected to give the same 100% instead of relying on just a few to carry all the weight. Otherwise, what’s the point of having a team? I strongly believe you should hold the workers who aren’t contributing accountable. Either treat your hardworking employees better or start disciplining the ones who don’t do their jobs.

Have a condo with a building supply heat pump HVAC system. I was having high pressure faults. Atomatic did a great job in methodically finding and resolving the problem. I appreciated them showing me the issue and the tips on how I could improve the maintenance to reduce future risks. Very personable and methodical. Great service!
