A.T.T. Marshalls Installation

Advertised materials they sell to attempt to get my business and when I need something, they don't respond or call back.

A lot of their materials import it from other countries That's why they have delays other than that they are good people and work hard

They started off well, good price, nice guys, promised a lot. Job is almost done then. Nothing, they don’t text or call back. They say they are coming to do work but don’t show up and will not let you know they are not coming. We asked for communication, they say they will let us know and still nothing. We have to finish the project ourselves. I’d give no stars if I was able to.

This is the worse company. They talk big but thats about it. I was promised to have a job done in 5 days. Its going on 2 weeks now.. Its still not done. Furthermore the Owner refuses to answer his phone. Been trying over 2 days now. BE ADVISED. FIND ANITHER COMPANY TO DO ANY JOB YOU HAVE. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. HE WANTS MONEY IN ADVANCE. AND NEVER COMMUNICATES BACK.

Avoid this company at all costs! LL Flooring (lumber liquidators) used them for my install. LL Flooring was fine to work with, but NOT THE INSTALLER THEY USE, A.T.T. Marshalls Installation. They are horrible, unprofessional, rude and the owner does nothing but make excuses. They used damaged flooring I told them NOT to use, they wouldn't move the furniture back into rooms without me making them (which is a service I paid for) had no idea they were to replace the flooring in my bedrooms, BROKE MY PLANTER, left a mess in my window sills, a shelf in my closet, on my porch and in my driveway. I sent pictures and a text to the owner, he NEVER responded.
