Jim came out within days of calling him about the high levels of radon we tested in our newly built home (2021). We had a passive mitigation system that was not working and he was able to seal our basement while installing an active mitigation system (fan, breaker, switch, & pvc pipe to rooftop termination). Within a day our radon levels dropped drastically (see pictures). I would highly recommend Jim for installing a new active radon mitigation system.
