I cannot recommend Attic Crawl enough! I was dealing with a stressful rodent issue in my crawl space and had initially received a quote from a large pest control company that felt incredibly overpriced. I reached out to Attic Crawl for a second opinion, and they quoted me almost exactly half the price for even more work! Alex came for inspection and estiamte, and he was incredibly thorough, honest, and straightforward. He didn't use scare tactics or try to upsell me on things I didn't need. When it came time for the actual project, Jesse and his crew were phenomenal. They handled the rodent exclusion, sanitizing, and duct rewrapping with superb quality and professionalism. What an amazing job! Alex (the owner) was more thorough and communicative than I think any contractor I've ever hired! Answers all questions and clears up any confusion. Sent over 100 photos during and after job completion. Even took some video of areas of interest. I'll just post the after shots of my crawl space. You can imagine what it looked like before. Same as all the other reviews. Old pink insulation all torn and scattered. Rat droppings everywhere. Here's how they left it. Highly recommend 👌

The team at Attic Crawl is very friendly and professional, I would recommend them to anyone. I had an issue with rodents in my attic and they sent someone out to have a look, then we scheduled a day for them to work. They cleaned up everything and were very thorough.
