ATTIC ELECTRIC

I would NEVER use this electrician ! He installed a generator for my mother, and DID NOT finished his work. He calls himself a "master electrician" but did not know we need a grounding wire-kind of basic for an electrician. This electrician NEVER bothered to let us know we needed to get our gas meter upgraded as well. He let the permit lapse,he put in a rusty line that leads to the gas meter & the generator. We have asked several times for the copy of the invoice/contract and this "master electrician" WILL not provide my mother with one. This company and the owner is UNPROFESSIONAL !! If this owner was a professional he would FINISH his work, but in my opinion he's trying to squeeze more $$ out of my elderly mother by claiming he had no idea of a grounding wire nor an upgraded gas meter

I woke up this morning and my home had half the electricity out. I called Attic Electric and Mr. Charles had an associate here in a 2 hour span. He found the problem and went and purchased the breaker. He came back and replaced it and we are back in business!!!! When I say professional and punctual. He is my person for any future issues. Thank you!!!!! And this was on a Sunday.

Amazing customer service! I was having electrical issues - and on the weekend nonetheless. They immediately jumped to action. First recommending that I call CenterPoint as it might not need servicing from an electrician due to the nature of the issue. When I arrived home it was still not working so I called Attic back and asked that they come out. In the meantime CenterPoint had sent a second technician and that tech fixed the problem. I called Attic back and let them know I did not need anyone to come out but I would pay their initial fee as they had already deployed someone to my home. They refused my offer and said they were just glad it got fixed! Wow!!! That’s what great customer service looks like and should I have any future issues I will definitely call Attic.

Charles is very knowledgeable about his trade. He showed up in person to do the work himself. It is unheard that a master electrician will show up and will work hands on. I highly recommend everyone to use attic electric for their electrical needs.
