Attic Stair Pros truly lived up to their name. Charles provided a real-time arrival tracker and arrived exactly when expected. He was professional, courteous, efficient, and left the area spotless. My garage was carefully protected with drop cloths, and the entire job was completed in just 45 minutes. I would give Attic Stair Pro my highest recommendation.

I can't say enough about Attic Stair Pro. I called at 7:59 am and Patrick immediately answered the phone. He was kind and professional and I had a noon appointment to have my wooden stairs replaced. I was kept informed all morning on their arrival. Patrick and Charles arrived a little before noon and completed the job plus little things in a little more than an hour. Charles, the owner was super nice and personable. He stated that he has seen my issues in the past. I can't say enough about the quality materials they used and the sturdiness of the metal stairs. We checked with other vendors that had good reviews. We thought we had made a decision, we hadn’t heard from Attic Stair Pro but just thought they were busy. Then I got a call, it was ASP responding to my email request. The call was an easy , two options x amount of dollars if your ceiling is 10’3” and if higher then it would be x amount of dollars. Everything was included either way which made my decision easy. We agreed on a time and date. They showed up right on time, we measured the ceiling height and away we went. Clean work, no problems and quire friendly people, which makes for a perfect job!
