Having lived in our house since 1994, we knew it was time for a significant update, especially on the second floor, which still had the original berber carpet and cabinet paint. Over the years, the doors, baseboards, and trim had been painted, though never all at once. Before installing new carpet, we wanted to ensure a thorough and careful paint job, so we had the existing carpet cut approximately 12 inches away from all baseboards upstairs (covering three bedrooms, the hallway, and the stairway landing). If you’re looking for quality work at a competitive price, look no further. ATX Painting worked with us to accomplish our goals for our kitchen cabinets and whole house interior paint. They were professional, respectful, and efficient. A few words of advice: make sure you communicate and have a plan in place for moving any heavy furniture in your home at the beginning of the project. Also, communicate if you want any particular items or nails left on/in the walls. These were things we didn’t think about ahead of time. Even though we ran into a couple hiccups along the way, Hyo & Lindsey continued to work with us to create our dream space.
