Decided to expand and screen in our back patio. Had heard good things about Auburn Deck Company, so we took the leap. Working out design ideas and pricing realities was really smooth and reasonable. Great communication from the get-go. The design options were really great since we weren't sure what our options could be. After we pulled the trigger and made the down payment, the work began 2 weeks sooner than the estimated start date. Progress was quick! Communication during the project was also excellent (timeline, each day of items to be done, which lighting, fan, stain/paint colors, etc.). Auburn Deck is an outstanding company with a great staff of friendly, knowledgedable, and technically proficient personnel. Our project involved a technically difficult replacement of an unsightly, unsafe 17 year old treated wood stairs--2 landings, the stairs, and railings-- with Timbertech Cypress Advanced PVC engineered decking and metal railing. We worked closely with project coordinator CJ, always easy to contact with questions and/or concerns. Project manager assisted us to visualize and talk through options before finalizing how we would move forward. The team was efficient, thorough, and tidied up completely after they were done. The process was seamless. From the initial consultation with Adam (to design the deck as I wanted) to the actual work days were exactly as Kolsyn and Adam described.
