Auburn Siding Window & Door

We had a total of 9 windows put in over the last 2 yrs at the cost of almost 10k. 3 windows the balancers and pins broke. One window NEVER opened more than a quarter of an inch. I was told by them that I didn't know how to open my windows. Needless to say, I'm not happy with their response to MULIPLE requests to come and fix these. I understand that sometimes parts fail and that I may have to pay to have them come back. We have received messages over the course of the last year that they can't get the parts to fix these, the parts have been ordered but never materialized or they never received messages from us at all. Only positive is that his pricing seems fair and seems to care about quality. Other than that I cannot say anything positive. He doesn’t like answering questions. Makes the customer feel like they are troublesome because of it. Luckily I had multiple quotes and during this process and my questioning, I found out that one of the windows he would have installed would only open 1.75”. Definitely not what I would have wanted for a $1k window. Needless to say, I did not go with them for the job.

Had an emergency and we called Robert. He had our situation taken care of within 24 hrs. Very happy with the service he provided.

Had a new kitchen installed and couldn’t be happier they did a great job. Fast, friendly, meticulous and affordable! Very pleased would highly recommend!
