Customer Reviews
if i had to pick one company to represent the concept of being money hungry, it would be auburn parking services. overcharges students for not nearly enough parking, tows from PAID parking spots, and is generally rude about everything.
Has very rude workers and likes to take away parking spaces. Does not have nearly enough C-Zone parking on campus for students. If they added more parking spaces closer to campus they would get a minimum of 3 stars.
Auburn Parking Services is proof that chaos theory is alive and well. Their ticketing speed rivals NASA launch countdowns, but their parking spot availability is about as real as Auburn’s chances of winning a national championship every year (love ya, Tigers). Honestly, I’m convinced they’re just playing a giant game of hide-and-seek with my car… except I’m the only one seeking, and they’re laughing from a golf cart.
Absolutely abysmal "services", and yes, I’m putting that in quotation marks because I’m genuinely convinced they don’t offer any. They’ll happily take your money for a parking permit, of course. Meanwhile, staff and faculty routinely witness people without valid licenses parking in the more expensive A lots: students, business vehicles, and plenty of folks who deliberately cover their license plates to avoid detection. Joke’s on them, because there’s no enforcement anyway. And if you dare call to report a violation, you’ll be met with a patronizing tone and the classic line: “We enforce Monday through Friday, 7:45 to 4:45.” Maybe they’re using a different definition of “enforcement.” What do I know? I'm also supposed to believe there’s a unicorn enforcement team out there regularly checkin
Every single person on campus knows how terrible these people are. They will ticket to left and right BUT THEY WILL DOUBLE PARK, CAUSE INCONVENIENCES, BLOCK ROADS, BLOCK SPACES AND ACT LIKE THEY OWN THE ROADS. Terrible people. If you call them with questions they will be extremely rude and disrespectful. Terrible people.
