Auchinachie Services is the best in the Area. I have used them over years and their help to resolve this recent issue truly proves that.. they show professionalism and expertises through their work. They did a great job with diagnosing the issue, efficient solution/repairs and installation.. Specially Ray Allen is the best.. his patience and skills are truly outstanding.. his teammate Matt and install team did a great job as well. Thank you Auchinachie team..

Tyler and his team of two Chrises were very professional and efficient. They displayed great care and concern that the job was completed satisfactorily. I would give them a well deserved recommendation. Adam returned to diagnose an issue with two zone thermostats that were unresponsive. He quickly determined that some of existing thermostats were not compatible with the new system and suggested appropriate replacements. He did a great job.

Bob from Auchinachie Was a true professional. He explained and showed me what was bad and what needed to be done. I have now purchased my first boiler lol! Also want to give 5 stars to Brad who not only got my old near dead boiler running again but it has stayed running for close to 24 hours now! Keeping my fingers crossed until my new boiler arrives. Thank you!!! Today, Tyler and his crew removed my old decrepit boiler and put in a brand new one! They respected my property and explained what they were going to do in detail. We had your servicemen do a plumbing project for us in Oneonta on Aug 29th, 2025. It was an expensive job. Both servicemen Chase and Ryan were polite and efficient. Upon completion of the job everything looked good to our untrained “plumbing” eyes. We signed off on the job. A couple of days later, our contractor pointed out that many things were done were not up to plumbing standards. 1. Too many crimps in copper piping. Rather than using long sections of copper pipe, they crimped together smaller pieces creating multiple weak spots along the pipe for potential water leaks. Also each crimp is an additional cost. So more crimps, more cost to us. 2. The sink and dishwasher shut off valves were 1/4“ not the standard 3/8”. The 1/4” are usually used for ice makers or bar sinks. We would not h

Adam at Auchinachie Services was responsive, communicated well, and went above and beyond what was asked. This is a great company. I had some emergency repairs and some air quality issues and they have been rectified thanks to this company and specifically Adam who is a future CEO in training, this guy knows people and knows his trade well. Rarely do I spend this kind of money and feel like it was worth it. Worth every penny. Very please! Will return.
