Augusta Granite Co

I've had Augusta Granite install quartz countertops in my kitchen and bathroom! The entire staff, from the front desk, to the general manager, and the installers were all extremely helpful and professional. So easy to talk to and work with.

It's turned out to be a very disappointing experience. We selected 2 quartzite slabs from Slabco in Elberton, GA. We had hoped to finish a bathroom and get a full height backsplash for the kitchen. The bathroom countertop broke when being fabricated. The backsplash broke when they attempted to install. Communication could be better. Being charged full price for a quartzite remnant they had on hand for the bathroom is also disappointing (it's not what I selected), I settled to complete the project. The kitchen will not be completed for some time now. At least 2/3s of the second slab was broken during fabrication. Note to future customers: Augusta Granite does not like quartzite, we were unaware until after the slabs had arrived from Elberton and they had come out to measure for the island

This has been problem since we had this installed. They came out a number of times to fix it with no avail. It was time to call them again but covid19 hit so I put it off. I finally called them again to fix it an they took my name and number and never called me back. I called and left a message and no call. They put the seam in a bad place because there’s no support underneath dishwasher. Poor planning.

This store was a little out of the way but worth it. The communication and design was extremely smooth. They worked with my wife to find the perfect slabs. The install team was professional, worked quickly, and showed up on time. I would choose this company again. They offered the perfect combination of expertise to value.

Augusta Granite employees were excellent and very easy to work with when we were deciding on/installing our granite. They really cared about making us happy every step of the way. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and more. We will use them again and will always recommend their service to others.
