My experience with Augusta Greens LLC was somewhat of a nightmare. I hired them for both a fall and spring cleanup and both experiences were terrible. While I will say that their communication was great, don't be fooled by this. On both occasions they charged me much higher than the price they quoted me and both times I had to call them back to finish areas and both times they left actual damage at my property, causing additional expenses for me. My back yard has pea rock, so I asked them not to use blowers back there, which they ignored and used blowers anyway, resulting in a chipped window, which they did not inform me of or attempt to pay for or repair. They also showed up unannounced once and climbed my fence to access my yard, resulting in damage to my fence that they just left like t

We've used Augusta Greens as our spring and fall yard service and for tree removal. Their crews do the best job of yard service that I have witnessed, in the 30 years we've lived at this address. The tree removal went well and their clean-up was excellent. I place their pricing in the middle range and think the resulting consumer value is high. I also appreciate their convenient and straight-forward online billing process. Best of all, there's no annoying push for add on services.

Just signed up for the service. Get set up was really enlighten. They made sure that I got all the information . The quote was truly fair. I would highly recommend anyone to check them out. They showed up on the first snow fall, but my neighbors had cleared the snow from the driveway. They did just what they said they would do. They will also be doing my lawn care and more. Like I said they are a very reputable company.

I’m very pleased with Augusta Greens’ service & have used them for lawn care for several years. They also removed three trees from my yard earlier this year which was a difficult job due to the neighbors’ fences and the power lines. I was impressed with the care they took and the thoroughness of their work.
