Augusta Lawn Care of Columbus

We hired this lawn service (Augusta) to mow our new home's yard while we continued maintaining our old property during its sale. We've only used them for about six mows, and unfortunately, two of those have involved problems, the most recent being serious enough that I feel compelled to write my first-ever review. The first issue came around the third mow when a large portion of our yard was simply skipped after we moved some new items into the area. No mowing, no trimming, simply just ignored. That issue was resolved the following week, but it raised concerns about attention to detail. The real problem, and the reason for this review, happened after the most recent mow on September 5, 2025. Work and cleanup looked great. They said they would contact me before they were done so I could see the work done this email is my first post job contact.

Aaron came out and mowed my yard and made it look absolutely beautiful. He uncovered pavers that just makes my front sidewalk stand out. I appreciate that very much and he edged my yard which just completed everything. My yard has never been edged before, it's amazing how different it looks. And then today Aaron and Rafael took down a lattice fence in my backyard. They did a beautiful job removing it and they even put all my statues up on my patio for me. They both were very sweet respectful young men. I'm an older woman and would have found that difficult to do. I am extremely, delightfully happy with my yard. This was our first experience with Augusta Lawn Care. The employee was personable and did his work in a professional manner. Although we were extremely pleased with the work done, we would have liked to have the grass picked up. Thanks again for fitting us in on short notice.

The 2 guys that came and did our yard clean up did a fantastic job. This is the first time we used their service and we will definitely use them again.
