When I first contacted Augusta about doing a flower bed de-weeding and shrub trimming they were quick to respond and get me a quote. Throughout the month I had several issues with scheduling and after the 3rd reschedule I decided to call it quits and cancel. An hour later Lance and Quinton showed up. I went ahead and approved them doing the project and made sure the company was aware I was letting them continue the service. The only reason I will stick with this company is because of how professional, kind and hard working Lance and Quinton are. They made my frustrations feel completely worth my time as my yard looks amazing! Lance and Quinton are 100% the best workers this company has and they deserve all the raises!

We are very satisfied with the work Augusta provided -tree pruning and cleanup of beds. Derrick was hardworking,respectful and did a great job.

I was happy with how quickly I received an estimate following my online request. Jacob came by to help with cleaning up and clearing out a couple of messy areas following previous tree stump removals, and he planted a new tree. He was able to answer my questions about the tree and was very nice. He was also easy to talk with and had a good sense of humor. I plan to use this company again when I need help with my yard!

I'm giving Augusta lawn care 1 star because from start to finish everything was a problem. First, no one came out and spoke to me about the initial estimate but I did get an email estimate ( which I did accept) but when they came out to do the job they showed up a day early and didn't finish, after 2 phone calls and a week and a half later I called back at which point they told me their crew had been there that day to finish (yay) however when I get home I see the job was only half done at best. Honestly I will never use their services again 🙄
